ATTORNEY BIO
CHELSEA A. VICTOR, ESQ.
Chelsea Victor is a Colorado Native, born and raised in the town of Berthoud. After
completing her education in Hawaii and California, Mrs. Victor moved to Texas to
start her legal career. After gaining experience in a variety of diverse settings,
from working 60-80 hours a week for the federal government at the Small Business
Administration, to experiencing the stresses of working at large companies and
firms, Mrs. Victor sought the freedom and flexibility that only a solo-practice can
provide.
Since opening her practice, Mrs. Victor has striven to operate every level of her
firm on honesty and integrity- not only in giving legal advice, but in her billing
procedures as well.
For these reasons, Mrs. Victor simplifies billing procedures by often offering flat
fee retainers. She also attempts to reach legal resolutions quickly, so her clients
can move forward and focus on the important aspects of life, such as family and
career. Mrs. Victor also understands that working to achieve a client's, "best
interest," is more than just about the monetary compensation of a person for their
losses, it involves the client's emotional, physical, and spiritual health as well.
Mrs. Victor believes that being able to represent the needs of her clients is an
honor and privilege, and comes with much responsibility, making top-quality
representation not just something to aspire to, but an absolute requirement of the
profession.
